the check-in process was absolutely ludicrous, not a front desk in sight. just imagine someone knocking on my door late at night—how rude! also, the air conditioning incurred an extra fee, how absurd! as a guest, i expected some complimentary snacks or an upgrade to compensate for the inconvenience. i almost gave a good review but simply couldn’t.

Had a chill stay here. Super clean room and the orthopedic pillows were a nice surprise! The host was really helpful with transport info and even called a taxi for me late at night. Loved being so close to Termini, but the shared kitchen was kinda cramped when a few guests were cooking.

the karina suite is in a great location, right near the termini station, making travel super easy. our room was cozy with modern furniture, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service, which kept everything fresh. hot water was good in the shower, just a bit slower in the basin.
